Meet the Founder: Valter Correia
Born in Portugal, Valter Correia discovered his passion for construction at a young age, beginning his career in the industry at just 12 years old. With a natural knack for craftsmanship and a relentless work ethic, he embarked on a journey that would span continents and decades.
At the age of 21, Valter took a leap of faith and founded his first company in Portugal, driven by a vision to deliver high-quality construction services. This early endeavor laid the foundation for his future successes and solidified his commitment to excellence.
In October 2006, seeking new opportunities and a better life for his family, Valter relocated to Bermuda. There, he thrived as a manager and construction supervisor, overseeing projects with precision and dedication. For nearly two decades, he honed his skills in Bermuda's construction industry's unique and demanding environment.
In December 2023, Valter moved to the United States, to reunite with his family and pursue new professional goals. With a wealth of experience and a passion for his craft, he set his sights on establishing VC Home Improvement. His mission: is to bring his unparalleled expertise and commitment to quality to homeowners in the United States.
Today, Valter Correia leads VC Home Improvement with the same dedication and integrity that have defined his career. His journey from a young apprentice in Portugal to a seasoned construction professional in Bermuda and now the United States is a testament to his unwavering determination and passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
